Pick Up & Ordering Info
ORDERING WINDOW
Our menu opens every Monday at 9 AM and closes Tuesday at 8 PM (or sooner if we sell out). Once the order window closes, no late orders can be accepted.

PICKUP DAYS & TIMES
Orders are available for pickup at my home bakery in ORLANDO, FL:
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 11 AM
The exact pickup address will be sent in your order confirmation email.

PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS
When you arrive, walk up to the pickup shelf. Everything will be labeled alphabetically by last name!

PAYMENT
Payment is made securely through the website at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

FRESHNESS & STORAGE
All items are baked fresh the morning of pickup. Best enjoyed the same day, though many items can be frozen and reheated later.
FAQ's
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes! Just make sure they know the name the order was placed under.

Do you offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options?
Not at this time. All baked goods contain wheat, dairy, and eggs.

Are your products nut-free?
All items are baked in the same kitchen that uses peanuts and tree nuts. While I do my best to prevent cross-contact, I cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.

Are your products made in a licensed kitchen?
No. All items are made in a cottage food operation not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final.

What happens if I miss pickup?
Orders not picked up during the designated window will not be refunded. If an emergency comes up, please reach out and I’ll do my best to work with you.
